Shipping:

All orders received by 4:00pm CST on business days are shipped on the same day or in some cases the next business day. All orders are shipped using 2-day shipping; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Marlinz Pharma only ships products to the United States.

Exchanges:

Marlinz Pharma will replace unused items if they are determined to be defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email request at: ddp@marlinzpharma.com.

Returns/Refunds:

Returns will only be accepted for a product that was damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable at the time you received it. Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns received by Marlinz Pharma within 30 days of the applicable date of purchase. No refunds will be issued for a partially used product or a product that appears to be handled or tampered with in any way.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase is not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at that time.

Eligible Items:

Items eligible for this policy are all Marlinz Pharma products purchased through our website portal, following an approved healthcare professional’s recommendation and shipped from Marlinz Pharma or its third-party logistics partners.
