Marlinz Pharma has finalized plans to relocate to a new 12,000 sq ft fully climate controlled, custom built facility by May 1, 2026. A custom build out to consolidate corporate offices, customer service and shipping and receiving is currently in pre-construction stages and will begin soon. By combining the two separate warehousing and corporate office locations into a single building with the ability to receive palletized shipments and house all employees under one roof, Marlinz Pharma will be able to create efficiencies in all departments while easily handling growth for the foreseeable future. This marks another milestone in Marlinz Pharma’s remarkable journey of creating double digit year over year growth since its inception in 2016. Not only will the new location create a more efficient environment in many ways, it will also significantly reduce costs associated with rent at multiple locations and the price of small not palletized deliveries that are currently needed on a weekly basis.
